Organizational Perspectives for Member Care

This course includes materials from the Caravan Training Day, 19 June 2010, held at Fuller School of Psychology, Pasadena, California, USA.

 

The presentations were organised into three parts:

• Organizational health/contributions to staff well-being and operational effectiveness
• Case studies (UNHCR as an organisation, international humanitarian setting post-calamity, USA urban-community setting)
• Future diections for member care as a field and crossing sectors in light of the global issues facing humanity.

The six speakers were: Dr. Cynthia Eriksson, Dr. Jude Tiersma Watson, Dr. Rick Beaton, Dr. Linda Wagener, Dr. Michele Lewis O'Donnell, and Dr. Kelly O'Donnell.
